The Friends of the Attleboro Animal Shelter (FAAS) Harvest Fest is a day filled with so many great finds from various artists and creators! We have about 100 Raffle items to share and 2 featured separate Raffles (65" HDTV and/or XL Lottery Board)! "Join us for Attleboro's 2nd Annual Wheelchair Stroll!

We will gather downtown outside of Attleboro City Hall. From there we will travel along city sidewalks to Balfour Riverwalk Park next to the Attleboro Public Library. At the end of the stroll there will be a brief speech portion and an opportunity to discuss the experience of navigating downtown using a wheelchair. There will be wheelchairs available for some participants to use if they would like to try using one for the first time. "Get ready to embrace the autumn vibes with our adult craft program at The Richard's Memorial Library to craft beautiful autumn wreaths. 🍂🍁✨ Here's what you'll need to do:  1️⃣ Wrap a styrofoam form with burlap. 2️⃣ Use hot glue to decorate it with your choice of leaves, flowers, acorns, and pinecones. 3️⃣ Finish it off with a simple ribbon bow, and you're done! Speaking of fruits to take to work or school, October is the month for apple-picking.  What a better way to observe many of these daily observances this week than packing up the kids, driving to an apple orchard, getting outside and picking your own apples!  Not only will this bring smiles to everyone, it's fun, healthy and memorable.  Take lots of photos and make your favorite apple dessert, too!
